My most recent adventure; A 2 week trip to the Namib Desert in Namibia. It was about as rough as it gets with soaring temperatures and extremely desolate landscapes. After losing two of the crew only a few days in, it was down to just me and Toby for the remainder of the trip. Our only contact with the outside world was by SAT phone and the only water was what we had in the tank on the rented Land Cruiser we had stocked at the beginning of the excursion. As far as trips have gone this has been the most physically demanding by far, but certainly the most rewarding.
